We do require a minimum of 2 years of verifiable insurance experience and an active Texas General Lines License for the following positions:

• Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

We require a minimum of 1 year of verifiable insurance experience in a non-standard auto environment, transportation, or call center environment for the following positions:

• Commercial Lines Transportation Rater
• Commercial Lines Certificate Specialist

While we are always searching for new producers to add to our operation, we do require a minimum of 3 years experience in an agency environment either as a producer or 5 years as a customer service representative. We will consider an individual without insurance experience who has sales background in an area of our specialty products with a verifiable 5 year track record.
